If you’re bored at home and would like to practice, we’ve made some videos to help you remember what we do in class, that you can do at home! Those videos have emailed out to everyone! We made them short and sweet just to give you an idea, so when you practice, feel free to do the moves more than once! If you would like anything broken down more, or if there’s anything you’d like to see that we didn’t put in the video, just let us know and we will get it for you! Don’t forget to stretch well before you practice! Our weekly Gym board workouts are also being posted on Facebook every Monday for another activity you can do at home while we wait to return to classes! Have fun and stay healthy!
